WHY A TENANT COUNCIL?
  • To insure the safety of the residents
  • To keep the neighborhood clean
  • To beautify the neighborhood
  • To keep the property values up
  • To seek funding for beautification projects
  • Residents, property owners and tenants alike, have the opportunity to have a
  • voice in the city government by .getting together to form a Block Club, which will have more strength in putting forth concerns than a single person
RESPONSBILITIES OF THE RESIDENTS
  • Keeping their property clean and up to code
  • Attending meetings
  • Volunteering to help when fielded
  • Using their special talents to the benefit of the organization
  • Paying the annual dues (if applicable)
