  • Manages 27 developments within the City of Buffalo
  • Provides 4307 housing units within the City of Buffalo
  • Distributes 1372 housing vouchers through the Section 8 Voucher Program
  • Screens applicants and inspects apartments annually
  • Provides rent that is never more than 30% of gross income
  • Presents job training and educational opportunities for tenants
  • Collaborates with many social service agencies, located on-site for easy resident access
