WELCOMESick of spending your lunch hour on the phone requesting to have a tree removed or trying to tell us about a housing violation? The 311 Call and Resolution Center's Self Service Option gives you the ability to contact the center during the times that suit you, whether its 3pm or 3am.
Using the options below, you can do anything from reporting a housing violation, identifying city pot holes, to reporting a faulty street light that's keeping you in the dark.

| OUR MISSIONThe City of Buffalo 311 Call and Resolution Center’s mission is to provide its citizens with access to city services, city information and non-emergency police services with the highest possible levels of customer service and satisfaction. Our 311 Call Center strives to help City agencies provide efficient service delivery by allowing them to focus on their core missions and manage workloads efficiently, while providing insight into the needs of residents and ensuring that accurate and consistent services are delivered citywide to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Buffalo. | DO IT ONLINE!Below, you will find a list of preliminary self-service options available to City of Buffalo residents. Please note that more self-service processes will be added to the online portal as time progresses and we work toward streamlining our intake process to better serve the residents of Buffalo. If the service request option you wish to submit is not available online, please contact the Mayor's 311 Call and Resolution Center by dialing 311 and a customer service agent will be happy to assist you. You may also leave a detailed voice message stating your service request that may result in a return call from an agent or a direct service request entered into the system.
