Description of Services

• Maintain financial management system for City on fund basis
• Prepare financial statements and reports for City of Buffalo, Buffalo Water Board and Buffalo Municipal Water Finance Authority
• Prepare Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for City of Buffalo
• Deposit payroll withholdings, prepare social security and other Federal and State reports, including IRS Forms W-2 and 1099
• Maintain miscellaneous accounts receivables system of monies owing to the City
• Maintain accounts payables of all vendor billings to the City and issue checks for non salary disbursements
• Maintain an inventory of City’s fixed assets
• Supervise collection of utility taxes
