Description of Services

  • Researches grant opportunities for City of Buffalo Departments.
  • Initiates or coordinates preparation of applications to solicit public or private grants.
  • Reviews operations of selected city departments and other agencies for the purpose of identifying services that may be improved, after careful analysis of existing procedures.
  • Conducts research on best practices from other municipalities or governments, to identify opportunities for improvement in city services.
