The Flu Shot Clinic will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm in The Division of Senior Services Room 8A City Hall. Please  have insurance cards available; co-payment/deductible may apply. Sponsored by the City of Buffalo and Independent Nursing Care.
