Code of Ethics Annual Disclosure Form


The City Clerk's Office and the Buffalo Board of Ethics is pleased to announce that it has reached 100% compliance with regard to the filing of the Annual Statement of Financial Disclosures by City Employees and Board Members.

The City Clerk, Gerald Chwalinski and the Buffalo Board of Ethics Chair, Douglas Coppola along with its board members would like to thank everyone for filing in a timely manner. It is a tremendous undertaking and your assistance in complying is greatly appreciated. A special thanks goes out to all who assist in distributing the forms to City personnel and to the appropriate board members as the Board realizes that this too is a great undertaking.
