Annual Action Plan Amendments

The City will amend its Annual Action Plan whenever it makes one of the following decisions:  to make a change in its allocation priorities or the method of distributing funds; to carry out an activity using funds from any program covered by the Consolidated Plan (including program income) not previously described in the Action Plan; or to change the purpose scope, location and/or beneficiaries of the activity.  A Public Hearing for these amendments will be held at the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library, 1 Lafayette Sq., at 7:30 p.m. on October 12, 2011.  Citizens will have 30 days to comment on the amendments.  Comments must be received by November 10, 2011 and should be sent to: Office of Strategic Planning, 65 Niagara Sq., Room 214 City Hall, Buffalo, NY 14202 or emailed to lurbanski@city-buffalo.com
