REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
CITY OF BUFFALO CITYWIDE LAND USE PLAN AND ZONING/LAND USE REGULATIONS UPDATE

The City of Buffalo Office of Strategic Planning requests qualifications from firms to complete a Citywide Land Use Plan and Zoning Code/Land Use Regulations Update. This effort will include activities needed for implementation, such as required environmental SEQRA/NEPA analysis, and formal adoption by required boards, including the Planning Board and Common Council.  The City of Buffalo Office of Strategic Planning reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all submissions.  Further information regarding this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is available online at: www.city-buffalo.com/landusezoning or in the Office of Strategic Planning, 920 City Hall, Buffalo, NY 14202 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.  Submissions will be received until 4:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time, on Friday, October 31, 2008.   Honorable Byron W.
