Land Use Options

Throughout the South Buffalo Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) study we have heard a diverse range of opinions about the future of the South Buffalo BOA. The three land use options (which may be downloaded by clicking the links below) have been structured to test the many ideas shared with us. They have been organized to demonstrate a progression in complexity and the creation of opportunity for higher value uses over time. It is important to note that these are long-term scenarios, with a greater than 25-year horizon, and certain land uses may not fully develop for decades.
