Public Auction

The City of Buffalo Division of Real Estate holds public auctions to offer for sale those properties in its existing inventory deemed saleable. The date, time, location and specific terms and conditions of these periodic auctions are publicized through the media and on this site. The highest responsible bidder must provide an acceptable rehabilitation proposal with evidence of sufficient financial resources to repair and maintain the property.
