Description of Services

Maintain financial management system for City on fund basis
Prepare financial statements and reports for City of Buffalo, Buffalo Water Board and Buffalo Municipal Water Finance Authority
Prepare Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for City of Buffalo
Deposit payroll withholdings, prepare social security and other Federal and State reports, including IRS Forms W-2 and 1099
Maintain miscellaneous accounts receivables system of monies owing to the City
Maintain accounts payables of all vendor billings to the City and issue checks for non salary disbursements
Maintain an inventory of City’s fixed assets
Supervise collection of utility taxes
