BUFFALO – Friends of the Buffalo Animal Shelter announce “Cause for Paws,” with a different twist on the usual garage sale, with proceeds benefiting the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter.

The event will be held at 296 School Street in Kenmore, one block north of Sheridan Drive off of Elmwood Avenue, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on July 20-21, 2007.

Well behaved four-legged friends are encouraged to attend, and for entertainment purposes only, can have acclaimed Animal Communicator Peggy Sue perform a psychic reading, so pet owners can find out what they’re REALLY thinking!

Shoppers may leave their pet with an experienced volunteer in our supervised play area.

On Saturday, July 20TH, the PAWS wagon will be on site to showcase the Animal Shelter’s adoptable pets.

Treats for humans as well as their four-legged companions will be on sale.

Proceeds will benefit the homeless dogs and cats at the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter.
