  • Times Beach Phase II Public Access – funding secured, design completed.

2006
  • Outer Harbor Greenbelt – funding secured, in final design.
  • Greenway Trail Phase II (Ohio Street) - funding secured, in final design.
  • Times Beach Nature Preserve, Phase II – funding secured, design completed, ready to bid.
  • Frank Lloyd Wright Boathouse – designed completed, funding 80% secured.
  • State Park's Boat Harbor Improvements – funding secured, in final design.
  • Donovan Building demolition – funding secured, building being vacated.
  • Tow Path Park, Phase II – funding secured, landscape architect under contract.
  • Porter Avenue Streetscape and Access Improvements ? – EPP Completed.

2007
  • Erie Canal Harbor – funding secured, design completed, ready to bid
  • Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World Store at the Aud – funding secured, design started.
  • Inner Harbor Parking Facility – funding secured, env. review & design started.
  • Erie Canal Harbor Museum – funding secured, architect selection process started.
  • Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park, Canal Park – funding committed, design started.
  • Outer Harbor developments – Phase I-Marina? – development team selected.
  • Outer Harbor/Southtowns Connector, Phase I ? – EIS completed, some funding in place.
  • Erie Street ? – EPP Completed.

2008 & Beyond
  • Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park Phase III – environmental investigations started.
  • Steelfields Development – first 90 acres remediated & ready for development.
  • Southtowns Connector – Route 5, Ohio Street or Tifft Street arterial ?
