Home > City Departments > Office of Strategic Planning > Good Neighbors Planning Alliance Good Neighbors Planning AllianceThe Good Neighbors Planning Alliance (GNPA) is a neighborhood-based planning process initiated by the Buffalo Office of Strategic Planning, as part of the City of Buffalo’s ongoing Comprehensive Planning efforts. It seeks to actively involve citizens in the creation of community-based action plans in each of the City’s GNPA areas. The Good Neighbors Planning Alliance is also a community empowerment process whereby community members will have an official voice in determining the future direction of their own neighborhoods.
