Bronze plaque mounted to stone rests on a brick support with a stone and mortar face. Inscription on plaque reads: "Erected by Cold Spring Post 3254 Veterans of Foreign Wars of U.S. and the grateful people of this area in honor or those men and women who made the supreme sacrifice during the World War (followed by 40 names)."
